Physical outbound for B2B teams
Get your hardest-to-reach prospects to notice you.
SendGladly runs managed physical outbound campaigns—personalized gifts, delivery, and a trackable link to your offer—so your team is not stuck coordinating bakeries, addresses, and follow-up. Start with a 10-person pilot; larger campaigns are configurable.
10-recipient Pilot Campaign: $1,500–$2,500 CAD. Initial fulfillment: Barrie and Central Ontario — expanding from there.
How it works
From prospect list to desk—without the ops headache.
You could order gifts yourself. The hard part is running a campaign for 10, 50, or 100 people: suppliers, addresses, dietary notes, failed deliveries, follow-up, and proof anything happened. That is what we manage. The online pilot books 10 recipients; larger sizes are planned with us directly.
Choose your prospects
Pick a short list of high-value people you actually want a conversation with—not a mass mailing list.
Build the campaign
Tell us the objective, message, where the tracking link should send them (your booking page, demo, or offer), and any personalization. We shape the physical piece around that.
We handle fulfillment
Sourcing, personalization, delivery coordination, and status updates—without you chasing bakeries and couriers.
Prospects notice
They receive something memorable at the desk, with a card and a unique link or QR back to your offer.
Track engagement
See which recipients open that link so your team can follow up while the gift is still on their mind.
Why physical outbound
Inboxes are saturated. Desks are not.
Cold email, LinkedIn, and AI-written sequences are easy to ignore. A thoughtful physical piece creates a moment your sequence cannot—and a QR or unique link turns that moment into a measurable next step.
Not mass gifting
SendGladly is for small, intentional lists where one new relationship can justify the spend—not branded swag for hundreds of lukewarm leads.
The cake is not the product
Early campaigns often use personalized baked goods because they are local, memorable, and easy to personalize. The product you buy is the managed campaign: orchestration, delivery, messaging, and tracking.
Illustrative example
Northline Security — 10 CTO outreach
A cybersecurity firm wants conversations with 10 CTOs in the Barrie–Toronto corridor. Each recipient gets a personalized baked gift, a short card (“Your inbox probably has 400 security vendors in it. This seemed easier.”), and a unique link to a personalized assessment.
- 10 target accounts, office delivery where possible
- Unique tracking links for each recipient
- Founder-managed fulfillment with clear campaign status
This example is fictional and illustrative. It is not a customer result and does not imply guaranteed meetings or response rates.
Who it is for
Built for teams where one meeting is worth the care.
Sales & ABM
Open doors with accounts that ignore sequences—then follow up on the unique link visit.
Recruiting
Reach candidates or hiring managers when InMail is noise and one placement pays for the pilot.
Professional services
IT, cyber, insurance, accounting—high-ACV conversations where attention is the scarce resource.
Agencies & partners
Win client or partner meetings without building an internal gifting ops team.
Pilot offer
10-recipient Pilot Campaign
Start with a fixed 10-recipient pilot so we can prove the process together. Larger campaigns—25, 50, 100+—are available by arrangement; recipient count and scope are configurable once you are past the pilot.
$1,500–$2,500 CAD
Illustrative pricing for the 10-recipient pilot only (gift, personalization, fulfillment, delivery coordination, and tracking links). Not a dessert markup. Final confirmation happens before production. Larger campaigns are quoted separately.
- Pilot: exactly 10 recipients
- Full campaigns: configurable size (well beyond 10)—email us to plan
- Card message + unique tracking links to your offer
- Concierge fulfillment (founder-operated in the POC)
- Typically 7–14 days from payment to first deliveries (Barrie-area)
Interested, but not ready to run a campaign?
Leave your email for occasional updates on founding-campaign openings, local availability, and practical notes from early pilots. No frequent marketing blasts.
FAQ
Straight answers before you start
Privacy, anti-spam, gift policies, food allergens, and delivery liability may require review for each campaign. This site is not legal advice.
No. The self-serve pilot on this site is fixed at 10 so we can validate the process. Production campaigns can be much larger—25, 50, 100+, or custom—scoped and priced with us by email. Recipient count is configurable; the pilot is just the starting SKU.
CTA means call to action—the page you want the prospect to open after they receive the gift (for example a Calendly link, demo page, or assessment). Each recipient gets a unique SendGladly link (or QR) that redirects there and records the visit so you can follow up.
The pilot focuses on Barrie and nearby Central Ontario fulfillment first. Multi-city campaigns may be possible case by case—ask us. The brand is not permanently limited to one city.
Typically the card message, recipient name, optional dietary notes, and the unique tracking link to your offer. Logo URL can be provided for packaging notes. Exact gift options depend on local suppliers.
We coordinate office delivery where possible and record failed attempts. Some failures are unavoidable; we update campaign status and discuss options with you.
Yes. You must have a lawful basis and legitimate business reason for any contact and address information. We do not secretly source private residential addresses.
Early pilots often use baked goods because they are local and memorable. Other physical formats may be available later. You are buying a managed campaign, not a bakery order.
Often, within supplier limits. Capture notes per recipient in the campaign form. We cannot guarantee every restriction for every bakery.
Plan on roughly 7–14 days from payment confirmation to first Barrie-area deliveries, depending on supplier capacity and delivery windows.
Yes—unless you explicitly design otherwise. Transparent sender branding builds trust and makes your offer link make sense.
No. Physical outbound improves the chance of attention; it does not guarantee meetings, replies, or revenue.
